Registration Fee includes
All conference fee includes admission to technical sessions and exhibits, electronic proceedings, three-day lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet.
Covering the Expenses for Paper Publication
It is mandatory that at least one author for each accepted paper is fully registered (as a regular or as a student participant). The registration fee allows to submit and present a maximum of TWO papers for any author with a REGULAR registration and a with maximum of ONE paper for any author with a STUDENT registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by August 8, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
