If you are a speaker, exhibitor or conference delegate, the organizers will be pleased to send you a letter of invitation to assist you with your visa application. We will only consider requests for invitation letters if you have been properly registered through our online portal and your registration payment has been received. You can request an invitation letter by email (send to ccchou@ee.ncu.edu.tw).

There are several hotels nearby the conference venue, which might be suitable for accommodation during RFIT 2026 conference.

Transportation

Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Station

• The fastest way to travel between Taoyuan and Taipei is by the Taoyuan Airport MRT (A12 or A13 to A1). The express train takes 39 minutes and the commuter train takes 53 minutes, both costing NT$150.
• Alternatively, you can take a bus (Kuo-Kuang Bus 1819 or CityAir Bus 1961A). A taxi is also an option, though it's pricier and may take an hour.

Taipei Station and Yehliu Geopark

• Transfer to the Taipei MRT to Tamsui Station, and finally take the Crown Northern Coast Shuttle Bus 716 to the Yehliu Geopark stop.
  1. Taipei Station: Arrive at Taipei Station using either the THSR or TRA.
  2. MRT Transfer: Transfer to the Taipei MRT at Taipei Station. 
  3. Tamsui Line: Take the Tamsui Line to Tamsui Station. 
  4. Shuttle Bus: At Tamsui Station, take the Crown Northern Coast Shuttle Bus 716. 
  5. Yehliu Stop: Get off at the Yehliu Geopark stop. 
  6. Alternate Option: Alternatively, consider using a private transfer service like Tripool for a more direct and convenient option. 

Shuttle bus (Taipei Main Station ⮂ INHOUSE Hotel )

• Taoyuan Airport MRT (Most Recommended):
  • Express Train: 39 minutes, NT$150.
  • Commuter Train: 53 minutes, NT$150.
  • From: A12 (Terminal 1) or A13 (Terminal 2) to A1 (Taipei Main Station).
• Bus:
  • Kuo-Kuang Bus 1819: Operates hourly from 5:20 am to 11:50 pm, NT$135.
  • CityAir Bus 1961A: Also operates hourly, generally less expensive.
• Taxi:
  • Price: Expect to pay significantly more than bus or MRT.
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.
• Other Options:
  • Uber: You can use the Uber app to request a ride.
  • Klook/KKday: Offers airport transfer services including private airport transfers.
