Authors’ Instructions for Final Paper Preparation and Submission

It is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper be fully registered as a regular or student participant. A regular registration allows the author to submit and present a maximum of TWO papers, whereas a student registration allows the author to submit and present a maximum of ONE paper.

Final Paper Preparation

The final manuscript must comply with the IEEE style requirements by using the IEEE template for conference proceedings, A4 size, available at:

https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates

Authors are requested to revise their manuscripts according to the corresponding comments and suggestions from the reviewers.

The final manuscript should be up to THREE pages in length.

Authors are requested to check that the PDF version of the final manuscript is IEEE compliant using IEEE PDF eXpress before submission.

The IEEE PDF eXpress website is available at:

https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

The IEEE PDF eXpress site for RFIT 2026 will open on June 14, 2026.

The conference ID for IEEE PDF eXpress is 69646X.

Final Paper Submission

Authors should log in to the EDAS system and select “My papers.”

Authors must complete the IEEE copyright form by clicking the “©” button in the “Copyright” column for each accepted paper. EDAS will automatically direct authors to the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) site to complete the copyright transfer.

Authors must ensure that the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) has been completed. Papers with incomplete or pending copyright transfer cannot be included in the final content submitted to IEEE for publication in IEEE Xplore®.

Authors should upload the final manuscript to EDAS only after the PDF has been checked using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Final manuscript uploading to EDAS must be completed by June 30, 2026.

Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore®, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards or if it is not presented at the conference. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore®. Authors may also refer to the IEEE Guidelines & Policies for further details:
